High Court Rule 41A came into effect on 9 March 2020. The Rule formally introduces mediation as a pre-litigation step. It does not mandate the parties to mediate but it does require the claimant and defendant and their representatives, and the mediator to comply with various actions. This webinar provides an opportunity for representatives, litigants and mediators to find out about their roles and responsibilities in terms of the Rule.
